The Freedom Fighter (Fedayeen)*

Suddenly, from the alleys they appeared

Running like lions after their feed

In one hand a gun, and in the other a creed

They were the Fedayeen

Giants they seem, freedom they mean

Good-bye Camp, I started to glean

Facing Government goons, freedom was their boon

At last, we are going home soon

To Palestine, by the next full moon
