Author Jamal Kanj gives an account of life in a Palestinian refugee camp in Lebanon. In his recent book "Children of Catastrophe: Journey from a Palestinian refugee camp to America," Kanj discusses the Palestine Nakba, origins of the camp, the social structure and economics of the camp, and its ultimate destruction.
